Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to deliver your requests: your name and contact details, membership and billing information, the concierge requests you make, and messages you exchange with Orla and your relationship managers. Sensitive records you place in your Private Office Vault are encrypted at rest.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil concierge requests, coordinate vetted partners on your behalf, operate and secure your account, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Confidentiality & partners
When a request requires an external partner (for example an operator or venue), we share only the minimum needed to fulfil it. Vendor and counterpart identities are masked from public view, and internal identifiers are encrypted.
Security
Access to member data is authenticated, authorised per owner, and logged. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest and transmitted over secure channels. We apply the principle of least privilege across staff and systems.
Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your membership is active and as required to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
