Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Aurelia Private Concierge and its Private Office. Membership is by application or invitation only. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Membership & eligibility
Accounts are created only with a valid, single-use invitation code issued by Aurelia. Applications are reviewed under strict confidentiality; we may decline or revoke membership at our discretion.
Our role — independent introducer
Aurelia acts solely as an independent introducer and concierge intermediary. It is not the vendor, operator, carrier, bank, insurer, estate agent, transport operator, clinician, security provider or package-travel organiser, and it does not provide regulated financial, investment, insurance, legal, tax or medical advice. Aurelia gathers requirements, researches and compares partners, and coordinates introductions; the selected partner provides the service.
The service
Aurelia coordinates concierge requests through a 24/7 AI concierge (Orla) and dedicated human relationship managers, together with a network of independently vetted partners. Aurelia acts as a facilitator; goods and services are ultimately provided by those partners, who normally contract directly with you and are responsible for pricing, availability, licensing, insurance, compliance, delivery, cancellations, refunds and complaints.
Commissions & disclosure
Aurelia may receive a referral fee, vendor-paid commission, membership retainer or a clearly agreed concierge service fee when you proceed with a selected partner. The existence and nature of such commercial relationships will be disclosed where legally or commercially appropriate. Membership and concierge fees payable to Aurelia are kept separate from any amounts you pay a partner.
Fees & payments
Membership dues and any agreed concierge fees are described at the point of purchase and processed securely by our payment provider. Annual dues renew unless cancelled; you will be notified before any renewal. Amounts are calculated and enforced server-side.
Payment safety
By default you pay partners directly through their approved payment channels; Aurelia does not hold client money, deposits, escrow balances, card details or banking credentials. Aurelia will never ask you for passwords, full card numbers, card security codes, banking credentials or one-time codes by email, text message or chat. Please independently verify any unusual, urgent or high-value payment instruction using contact details you already hold.
No guarantee of partner performance
Aurelia does not guarantee any partner's pricing, availability, regulatory status, insurance, exclusivity, suitability, safety or outcome. Quotes and availability are provisional until confirmed directly by the partner, and the partner's own terms govern the underlying service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform lawfully, to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and not to attempt to access another member's data or disrupt the service.
Complaints & escalation
Complaints about a partner's service, delivery, cancellation or refund should normally be raised with the partner under their terms; Aurelia will assist where commercially agreed. Aurelia may pause or decline a request where it identifies legal, safety, fraud, sanctions, privacy or reputational risk.
Confidentiality
Both you and Aurelia agree to keep the details of the relationship and any non-public information confidential, save where disclosure is required by law.
Liability
Aurelia is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent partners. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the membership fees paid in the twelve months preceding the relevant event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
